It is a skillet meal, so it doesn’t heat up your house. It cooks so fast, it’s great for busy times. Maybe you just want to get in and out of the kitchen fast because your Netflix watch list is calling you. It is just a perfect any time meal that will make your family happy. It would also be amazing for meal prep for the week. Sometimes I will make up my lunches for a week at a time and this recipe is perfect for that.
If you want to make this come together quicker, you can prep everything ahead.
This is my new way to prep my dinners. Everything I am going to need is in this tote. I premeasure the seasonings, minced garlic, oil, and butter. If you want to make this come together even faster on cooking day, pre-cube the meat. I have been just putting the meat in the totes in the the original packaging. I am able to prep all 5 dinners in less than 30 minutes this way.
