These pickle juice brined chicken wings are amazing!!
I don’t know why this isn’t something that everyone does. Or maybe everyone soaks their chicken wings in pickle juice and I didn’t know. If you haven’t tried this, definitely give these a try. This recipe is so easy, probably the easiest chicken wings I have ever made.
If you aren’t a pickle lover, you can still make these.
They don’t have a strong pickle flavor. There’s just mild, barely there flavor. Brining adds moisture and tenderizes the chicken wings. Everyone that ate the chicken wings loved them! They barely even touched the dip. I made a cucumber free tzatziki sauce and the sauce/dip was barely touched, they loved them that much.
There are 2 missing from the picture because they had been snatched up before I could snap a picture.
These chicken wings are chicken wings found in the frozen section in a bag. They required no prep work from us. My hubby just dumped the bag right into the jar. If you are going to serve this with ranch and you like pickles, I would add some juice to the ranch (not the juice that the chicken was marinating in). Perfection! If you have a bag of wings sitting in your freezer and some pickle juice, give this recipe a try.
