The Easiest Salsa Recipe Made with Fresh Vegetables
Jump to RecipeThis is the easiest salsa recipe with fresh ingredients!
My hubby has been making this salsa since I met him. He learned how to make it from his friend’s mom when he was a teenager. He has been making it this way for years. If you go to different Mexican restaurants they all make it a different way. This salsa isn’t as red as other recipes, but the flavor is spot on.
This salsa recipe uses simple ingredients and is quick to make.
I have a handful of recipes on here that I would say aren’t quick and easy to make. I know we have busy lives. If you want to make salsa but are nervous about the time and effort, this is the recipe for you. It is great freshly made but also a perfect prep ahead appetizer.
This amazing salsa is made in your blender.
No cutting, no opening jars, nothing like that. This is a quick salsa recipe made with fresh ingredients. I will tell you that I told my hubby that this wasn’t authentic Mexican salsa because I had never tasted one like this. I have found out that different regions make things their own way. You can look at my Barbacoa recipe. Some places it is made with a goat you cook in the ground and other people use beef cheek meat (I used a beef roast). If you want cheap, easy, and fresh authentic salsa, this recipe is for you.
If you made salsa before and had to peel and chop, try this recipe.
My hubby doesn’t spend much time in the kitchen. Honestly, he doesn’t cook much. And when he does cook, it has to be simple. This recipe is an example of that. It tastes amazing but is simple to make. This is even easier than salsa made with canned tomatoes. Get some fresh ingredients this weekend and prep some salsa for the week.
