The Easiest Salsa Recipe with Fresh Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 L White Onion
  • 3 M-L Jalapenos with stems removed
  • 2 L Tomatoes You can also use 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4-1`/2 Bunch Cilantro- it depends on how much you like cilantro
  • 1 T Cumin
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/2-1 t Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot place peeled onion, tomatoes, and peppers. Bring to a boil.
  • Allow to boil until tomatoes start to crack.
  • Remove the onion and the peppers to a blender. Carefully remove the skin from the tomatoes and place in the blender.
  • In the blender you should have everything from the pot that you boiled the vegetables (not the water) and place the cumin, salt, cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Blend until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
