Easy and Delicious Low Carb Beef and Broccoli

This low carb beef and broccoli is better than take out.

Not only does this taste great, there are no crazy ingredients, you know exactly what is in it. This comes together so quickly too. If you have a craving for Chinese food but need a low carb recipe, give this super easy recipe a try. It will be a hit with the family. You can serve them regular fried rice or cauliflower fried rice. This recipe for cauliflower fried rice is amazing! You can definitely have delicious and low carb beef and broccoli.

If you want to make this for your freezer, you can prep the meat and marinade ahead of time and freeze. This recipe comes together so quickly, it is perfect for busy nights. This low carb beef and broccoli will become a family favorite in no time! When I make this there are no leftovers. My teens get excited when they see this on the menu. No more need for take-out that has lots of questionable ingredients when you can make this in no time.

If you buy the pre-cut broccoli it will come together even quicker. If you have time to do some meal prep, this will take less than 10 minutes to prep, maybe even 5 minutes. My biggest tip, prep one for dinner and one for the freezer! When you are in a busy season, this might end up being one of your go to recipes. Serve with some on plan egg drop soup and your family might be in heaven.

Low Carb Beef and broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Flank Steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 C Broccoli cut into smallish pieces, not tiny but not large
  • 1/4 C Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 T Grated or Minced Ginger
  • 2 t Minced Garlic
  • 2 T Avocado Oil
  • 1 t Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 t Fish Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Bragg's, ginger, and garlic in a baggie. Add the meat and marinate for 30 minutes or freeze.
  • Steam the broccoli until almost soft.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, add avocado oil and the beef, reserving the liquid. Cook until meat is almost cooked through. Add the sauce and cook for another minute or two.
  • Remove the meat and add the broccoli. Cook the broccoli until cooked just about how you like it. Add the beef back and the remaining ingredients.
  • Stir everything well so that everything is coated. Serve with or without cauliflower rice.
