Easy Crockpot Sweet and Sour Chicken- Healthy Carb Recipe
Here is a super easy crockpot recipe that was a hit with my family. I use “cheats” in some of these recipes to make things easier for busy people. However, you can use fresh if you would prefer. This is a super easy and healthier version of sweet and sour chicken. Nothing is fried in this recipe.

This is another easy dump and go crockpot recipe
I have been doing a series where I dump ingredients into a freezer bag, freeze, thaw when I want to cook them, and then dump the ingredients into a crockpot. This recipe is perfect for that. Or, if you don’t want to freeze, just dump straight into the crockpot. Easy and done. This is also picky eater approved!
I said earlier I use some “cheats”
Well, what I like to do is use frozen onion and bell pepper mix. You can use fresh if you want. I also use pre minced garlic, jarlic and for ginger, I use the tube you find in the produce section. Again, use fresh if you want. I am just trying to find some hacks for busy families to still have delicious and easy meals at home. Here’s the really easy recipe.
